| Kathleen D.
Winterbotham, PhD
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Dr. Winterbotham provides psychotherapy for numerous issues
involving families and parenting. Her family-oriented focus
includes relationship difficulties and
eating disorders as well as stresses accompanying infertility,
postpartum depression, and grief over the
loss of a family member. Individuals seek Dr. Winterbotham's
assistance in such areas as values-based parenting approaches
and the development of health discipline strategies within
the family.

To provide her clients with the
most innovative treatment available, Dr. Winterbotham has
achieved the highest level of certification in Eye Movement
Desensitization And Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). For persons
who have experienced sexual abuse, domestic violence, combat,
crime, and other traumatic events, EMDR is a highly respected
and useful treatment modality. Along with EMDR, Dr. Winterbotham
incorporates psychotherapy and behavior modification techniques.
Dr. Winterbotham received her Masters' Degree in Pastoral
Counseling from Loyola College and her Doctorate in Counseling
and Academic Psychology from Walden University.

Kerri C. Napoleon, RD, LD
Registered Dietitian
As a Registered Dietitian, Ms. Napoleon works to secure
a healthy approach to eating for many individuals. She
is dedicated to conveying a healthy approach to eating and
to owning a healthy body. Ms. Napoleon has
worked as a Registered Dietitian at the YMCA of
Florida's First Coast, designing healthful eating
programs for individuals who would like to lose weight and
increase their quality of life through a healthy lifestyle.

To assist her clients
in their weight management goals, Ms. Napoleon utilizes
behavior modification and personal coaching, including goal
setting and motivation. Her areas of expertise include metabolic
assessment, clinical nutrition (Heart Disease, Obesity,
Diabetes, PCOS, & Celiac Disease), and eating disorders.
Ms. Napoleon completed a Bachelor of Science degree in
Dietetics at the University of Georgia, and completed 1200
hours through the Pasco County Dietetic Internship. Professional
associations include The American Dietetic Association,
and the Sports Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists.
Ms. Napoleon is the co chair of the Healthy Jacksonville
Nutrition and Physical Fitness Coalition, and a member of
the Healthy Jacksonville Childhood Obesity Prevention Coalition.
Ms. Napoleon has a monthly column, Appetite for Health,
in H Magazine published throughout Northeast Florida.

Roger Davis, PhD
Dr. Davis specializes in both assessment and psychotherapy. He
has extensive experience evaluating children, adolescents and
adults for issues including learning disorders, school and work
functioning, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, behavior
problems and interpersonal difficulties. He works with adolescents
and adults in areas involving trauma, depression, anxiety, marital
issues, relationship problems and personal growth. He earned a
Ph.D. in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of
Florida in 1993. His training includes an internship at the Palo
Alto, California V.A. Hospital.
