From Phillips Highway

• Make left on J. Turner Butler light (from University) or make right on J. Turner Butler right (from Baymeadows)
• Take 1st exit on Belfort Rd.(towards St. Luke’s Hospital)
• Go directly to the Belfort Rd. Light
• Turn left on Belfort Rd. light
• Turn left on Southpoint pkwy (next to hospital)
• Go down a couple blocks, you will see some palm trees on the right
• You will then see the ‘6817 Southpoint Office Center’ on your right
• Turn right into the office complex
• Go all the way back, no turns at all
• Suite 904 is in the back on the right corner

Directions from Downtown

• I-95 South
• Exit 344 – J. Turner Butler Blvd E
• When you take the exit, make a left to go onto JTB
• Take ramp towards Belfort Rd. (middle 2 lanes)
• Go directly to the Belfort Rd. Light
• Turn left on Belfort Rd. light
• Turn left on Southpoint pkwy (next to hospital)
• Go down a couple blocks, you will see some palm trees on the right
• You will then see the ‘6817 Southpoint Office Center’ on your right
• Turn right into the office complex
• Go all the way back, no turns at all
• Suite 904 is in the back on the right corner

Directions from Orange Park

• I-295 S towards St. Augustine
• Merge onto I-95 North  
• Take Butler Blvd Exit 344 towards Jax Beaches, Take Belfort Ramp (left)
• Go directly to the Belfort Rd. Light and make left at light
• Turn left on Southpoint pkwy (next to hospital)
• Go down a couple blocks, you will see some palm trees on the right
• You will then see the ‘6817 Southpoint Office Center’ on your right
• Turn right into the office complex
• Go all the way back, no turns at all
• Suite 904 is in the back on the right corner

Directions from the Beaches

• J. Turner Butler Blvd W
• Exit Belfort Rd. exit towards Salisbury Rd.
• Take the Belfort Rd. north ramp
• Merge right onto Belfort Rd.
• Turn left on Southpoint pkwy
• Go down a couple blocks, you will see some palm trees on the right
• You will then see the ‘6817 Southpoint Office Center’ on your right
• Turn right into the office complex
• Go all the way back, no turns at all
